language effect the brain. What does the brain do? It makes decisions, governs
emotions and feelings, and directs actions.

So clearly we can see that if we integrate these principles and techniques into
our listing presentations, in fact, into all communications with clients, we will
have a powerful impact on the decisions, emotions, feelings, and actions of our
clients. That will have a powerful impact on our production. $$$$

The study of language and how to use it has been the focus of politicians,
lawyers, ministers, writers, stand-up comics, and top sales people for hundreds
of years. The most effective people in the world have been masters of the use of
language and how to persuade and touch people by painting word pictures.
